Our Inspectors are Committed to Excellence and Client Satisfaction.

All Inspections include an Infrared assessment, a $275 per hr value and visual mold assessment a $275 value. We go beyond a normal home inspection and provide a Real Comprehensive Report not a check list.

Home Inspections

This inspection includes a complete non intrusive inspection of all accessible areas of structure, components and property. The inspector checks the property for conditions that effect the habitability of the home, Safety Issues, Items that require further investigation and Systems that did not function. The inspector will use 3D inspection software to create an itemized detailed report . A summary letter is added explaining defects noted during inspection along with cost estimates.

Townhouse and Condo Inspections

Detailed report of interior and patio areas of Suite. The inspector checks the Condo/Townhouse for conditions that effect the habitability of the home, Safety Issues, Items that require further investigation and Systems that did not function. The inspector will use 3D inspection software to create a report with cost estimates. A summary report is added, explaining defects noted during inspection.

Foreclosure Inspections

Foreclosure homes are often damaged and in need of repair. Some foreclosures homes have been abandoned and have extensive damage. Foreclosure or Short Sale inspections note and document costly damage that the bank may compensate you for during  final negotiations.

Foreclosure Walkthrough Inspections

30 minute verbal evaluation of home conditions while walking around and through home. This includes a Infrared survey of interior. General anticipated cost for repairs provided. This inspection does not include a written report.

Commercial Inspections

Warehouse, Store Front, Office space inspections. This inspection is performed substantially following ASTM E2018-01 Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessment: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process.

General Home Maintenance Inspections

Prevent future costly damage by having your home inspected for general maintenance issues. The inspection checks the many systems in your home for flaws, defects, rusting equipment, roof damage, fire and other hazards. This inspection has saved many clients from extensive damage if repairs were not made soon.

Policy & Procedures

Payment for Inspection services are at time of inspection unless prior arrangements are made in writing in advance of inspection and both parties must agree upon date of payment. No reports will be delivered until payment is received in full. There will be a $50 charge for any checks with insufficient funds.
